Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UPS Feedback Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be crucial in gathering, organizing, and analyzing customer opinions and feedback related to UPS services and products. Key Responsibilities

- Summarize key findings and present them in a clear, concise manner to relevant internal teams.
