Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WFH UPS Expert to join our content analysis team. This role involves performing high-level analysis of complex data and content sets related to our Unified Process System (UPS), ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess deep analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to extract meaningful insights from vast amounts of information. This is a critical remote position supporting various internal stakeholders and contributing directly to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth, high-level content analysis of data flowing through the Unified Process System (UPS) to identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for optimization.
  • Develop and implement robust methodologies for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes specific to content analysis within the UPS framework.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define content quality metrics and establish monitoring dashboards.
  • Proactively identify potential content discrepancies, data quality issues, and system inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations for resolution.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in content analysis, data governance, and UPS methodologies, integrating new approaches where beneficial.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to junior analysts on content analysis techniques and UPS system intricacies.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in high-level content analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Proven expertise with Unified Process Systems (UPS) or similar complex enterprise data management platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques for content classification and anomaly detection.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  • Certification in relevant data analysis or process management methodologies.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or a large-scale technology company.
