Job Description
As a Wellbeing Coordinator Junior with a Community Focus at United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-based wellbeing initiatives. This entry-level position is perfect for an enthusiastic individual eager to make a tangible impact on community health and social welfare. You will assist in coordinating programs, engaging with community partners, and ensuring the smooth operation of various projects aimed at enhancing the overall wellbeing of residents in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of community wellbeing programs and events.
- Support outreach efforts to engage community members, volunteers, and local organizations.
- Help maintain project documentation, records, and reporting for various initiatives.
- Participate in community meetings and represent United Way as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Wellbeing Programs team.
- Gather and compile data related to program effectiveness and community needs.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials for community engagement.
Required Skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
