Job Description

In this role, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly and ensure our guests have a fantastic experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating or order placement as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing produce or packaging items.
- Restock inventory for beverages, condiments, and serving supplies.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving minor issues.
- Support fellow team members with various operational duties during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications
