Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and impeccably presented High-End Chauffeur to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, exhibit exceptional driving skills, and possess a profound commitment to client satisfaction and safety. This role requires an individual who understands the nuances of luxury service, is always immaculately dressed in a black suit, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times. You will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and comfortable transportation experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following planned routes or client-specified instructions.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability for all scheduled appointments and pickups.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and fully operational before and after each service.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a flawless driving record.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with luggage and opening doors.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedule changes, delays, or issues.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and provide a seamless, stress-free experience.
- Dress in a clean, pressed black suit with appropriate professional attire (shirt, tie, polished shoes) for all shifts.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no accidents or violations in the past 5 years).
- Excellent knowledge of Boulder and surrounding areas.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
Preferred Qualifications
- Defensive driving certification.
- Advanced first aid and CPR certification.
- Experience with luxury vehicles and executive clientele.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish a plus).
