Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, ensuring first-call resolution where possible.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, volunteer work).
- Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., French, Mandarin, Punjabi) is a plus.
