Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Concierge to join our elite team in Brickell, Miami. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional errand running and lifestyle management services to our high-net-worth clients, ensuring their daily lives run seamlessly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess an unwavering commitment to service excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate client needs before they arise. This is a dynamic role requiring flexibility, problem-solving prowess, and an innate understanding of luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute a wide range of personal errands, including shopping, dry cleaning, postal services, and local deliveries.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, such as medical, spa, salon, and home services.
- Research, book, and confirm travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for domestic and international trips.
- Source and secure reservations at exclusive restaurants, events, and entertainment venues.
- Assist with personal shopping, gift selection, and procurement.
- Oversee household management tasks, including coordinating with vendors, maintenance personnel, and domestic staff.
- Handle administrative tasks, including correspondence, basic bookkeeping, and expense tracking.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all client information and requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client comfort and convenience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of trusted vendors and service providers.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a concierge, personal assistant, or luxury service role.
