Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as a Lorry Loader for morning shifts. This role involves the manual loading and unloading of lorries, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently, and contributing to the smooth operation of our busy distribution centre in Coventry. Key Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload goods from lorries and other vehicles.
- Ensure all goods are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Verify quantities and types of goods against manifests or delivery notes.
- Organise and stack goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Operate pallet trucks and other manual handling equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve daily targets.
