Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items including burgers, hot dogs, and fries to Five Guys' strict quality standards and recipes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all operational guidelines.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly, welcoming, and efficient experience for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, prep stations, and restrooms.
- Restock inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available for smooth service throughout shifts.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a cohesive team during busy weekend shifts, supporting colleagues as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, especially for critical weekend shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
