Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our front office team immediately. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests and visitors, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide information, and assist with various requests.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs as needed.
  • Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately.
  • Provide local information and recommendations to guests.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications
