Job Description
Join the H-E-B team as a Student Night Fill Crew member and play a vital role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready for customers each day. This is an excellent opportunity for students seeking flexible evening and overnight work with a high night differential pay. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment. Key Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Stock shelves, display cases, and end caps according to planograms and store standards.
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Verify incoming shipments against invoices for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, including aisles and backroom areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and product recovery as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stocking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or higher education.
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with H-E-B products and store layout.
