Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to their destinations using company-provided luxury vehicles.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with luggage and responding to client needs courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the assigned vehicle, inside and out.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic and client schedules.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding client information.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and professional conduct standards.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
- Excellent knowledge of Houston metropolitan areas and major thoroughfares.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly responsible.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
