This entry-level position offers comprehensive training in fitting, styling, and maintaining wigs and hairpieces, primarily for individuals experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions, treatment, or alopecia. You will play a crucial role in restoring confidence and comfort to our patients, working in a supportive and empathetic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of wig and hairpiece consultation, fitting, and styling.
- Learn to conduct sensitive and private consultations with clients experiencing hair loss.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate wig styles, colours, and materials based on their needs and preferences.
- Develop skills in customising and fitting wigs to ensure comfort, security, and a natural appearance.
- Provide guidance on wig care, maintenance, and product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and confidential consultation space.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to client appointments and product inventory.
- Adhere to all company policies, healthcare guidelines, and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of various hair loss conditions.
