Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Admin Assistant to support our dynamic Software & IT teams in Buffalo. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks while providing direct support to technical staff and project managers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills and a strong affinity for technology, capable of handling various tasks from scheduling and document management to basic IT troubleshooting and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to IT and software development teams.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and format technical documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with basic IT support tasks, including hardware setup and software installation guidance.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for technical teams.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for project documentation.
  • Process expense reports and manage team budgets.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to team operations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
