Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Luxury Tour Chauffeur with a passion for history and local culture to join our elite team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing discerning clients with exceptional, personalized historical and city tours within Henderson, Las Vegas, and the surrounding areas. You will navigate our luxury vehicles with utmost precision and safety, while also acting as a knowledgeable guide, sharing engaging insights into the region’s rich history, iconic landmarks, and vibrant local attractions. This is an on-site position requiring a commitment to delivering a five-star experience with every journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive historical and city tours, providing engaging commentary and answering client questions.
- Plan and execute tour routes efficiently, accounting for traffic, client preferences, and specific points of interest.
- Maintain the pristine condition and cleanliness of assigned luxury vehicles before, during, and after tours.
- Assist clients with boarding, alighting, and luggage handling, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
- Manage scheduling and dispatch communications effectively to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Complete necessary paperwork and trip logs accurately and promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 5 years).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Henderson, Las Vegas, and Southern Nevada geography, landmarks, and historical sites.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Strong navigation abilities and proficiency with GPS and mapping applications.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a tour guide or a demonstrably strong interest in local history and culture.
- Experience driving luxury sedans, SUVs, and limousines.
- Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
- Certification in advanced defensive driving or executive protection.
