Job Description
Windy City Limousine and Bus is seeking a highly professional and dedicated Terminal Liaison Chauffeur to join our elite team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our luxury service, providing seamless, safe, and sophisticated transportation experiences for our discerning clients. You will be responsible for expertly navigating routes, managing client interactions at airport terminals, ensuring vehicle pristine condition, and upholding the highest standards of discretion and professionalism. This position is ideal for an individual with exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, and an immaculate presentation. This is an on-site position based out of our operations serving the Joliet area, requiring a physical presence for all duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to and from various destinations, including airports, corporate offices, and private residences.
- Act as a professional terminal liaison, meeting and greeting clients at designated airport locations with clear signage and assisting with luggage.
- Maintain a pristine and fully operational luxury vehicle, conducting daily pre-and post-trip inspections.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, adapting to real-time traffic conditions and client preferences.
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a comfortable and private environment.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Maintain open and clear communication with dispatch and clients, providing timely updates.
- Handle client inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Accurately complete trip logs, expense reports, and other required documentation.
Required Skills
- Valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years (36 months) of professional driving experience, preferably in a luxury or executive transport setting
- Excellent knowledge of the Chicagoland area, including airports (O'Hare, Midway) and major routes
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications
- Strong sense of punctuality and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an airport liaison or executive chauffeur
- Defensive driving certification
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Polish)
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Knowledge of luxury vehicle operation and basic maintenance
