Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information, solutions, and support to customers regarding products, services, or issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product information and system updates.
