This role is crucial for ensuring timely and comfortable transportation for our senior leadership and critical personnel within and around the Boise area. We are looking for an individual with an impeccable driving record, strong knowledge of local routes, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives, clients, and guests to their destinations.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Plan optimal routes to avoid traffic and delays, utilizing navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding all passenger conversations and activities.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other personal items as needed.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Manage fuel and maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Boise and surrounding areas.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an executive chauffeur or private driver.
- Advanced defensive driving certification.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
