Job Description

Deloitte is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Online Microsoft Product Specialist to join our dynamic team in Uptown Charlotte. This role is crucial for delivering expert support and implementation services for the latest Microsoft technologies, ensuring our clients leverage the full potential of their Microsoft ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation, implementation, and support for a range of Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
  • Stay current with the latest Microsoft product updates, features, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for client improvement.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft cloud services and on-premises solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for clients and internal teams on Microsoft product functionalities.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including technical demonstrations and solution design for potential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with client security policies and Microsoft licensing agreements.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
  • Experience with Azure cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft's licensing models and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar certifications.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing technical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
