Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FedEx Ground Support Clerk to join our team in a stable, long-term remote capacity. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of FedEx Ground services by providing essential administrative and logistical support from your home office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, communication with drivers and internal teams, and managing documentation. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a world-renowned organization from anywhere within Roseville, California.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage shipping and delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with FedEx Ground drivers, dispatch, and other operational teams to resolve issues and provide support.
- Perform precise data entry into various logistics and tracking systems.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email and phone, providing excellent service.
- Assist with route scheduling adjustments and rerouting as necessary.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support general administrative tasks to facilitate efficient Ground operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational abilities and exceptional time management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related clerical role.

- Experience using logistics software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience.
