Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team at United Way of Pasco County. This role is crucial in supporting our mission by ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential administrative support to various departments. Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, providing professional and friendly assistance.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for community outreach programs and fundraising initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute communications, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in coordination with the finance department.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support senior staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with administrative or office support roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in a non-profit organization.
- Familiarity with CRM software or donor management systems.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
