Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers at the kiosk to understand their mobile needs and recommend suitable T-Mobile products and services.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for new activations, upgrades, accessories, and service plans.
- Provide expert advice on mobile devices, accessories, and service features, including plan details, network coverage, and device functionality.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting kiosk environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support for basic device troubleshooting.
- Stay up-to-date with T-Mobile's latest product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong sales aptitude and a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
