Job Description

Are you a driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for mobile technology? T-Mobile is looking for an energetic Mobile Phone Kiosk Advisor to join our team in the Bronx. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with customers at the kiosk to understand their mobile needs and recommend suitable T-Mobile products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for new activations, upgrades, accessories, and service plans.
  • Provide expert advice on mobile devices, accessories, and service features, including plan details, network coverage, and device functionality.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting kiosk environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support for basic device troubleshooting.
  • Stay up-to-date with T-Mobile's latest product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives and foster a positive work environment.
