Job Description
ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaner for morning shifts, ensuring our clients’ facilities are pristine and ready for business operations. This vital role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks in commercial settings before the start of the workday, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment. We are looking for an individual who is meticulous, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to maintain high standards of cleanliness. This position offers flexible early morning hours, perfect for those seeking to balance work with other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all fixtures are disinfected and replenished.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, countertops, and office equipment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company cleaning protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during shifts.
- Ensure all areas are locked and secured upon completion of shift.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
