Job Description
Are you a student looking for flexible evening work that fits around your studies? Target is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team for a part-time Student Evening Job. This role is designed to ensure you can balance your academic commitments, with shifts structured to be completed by 9:00 PM daily. You will be an integral part of our store operations, helping to maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with locating products and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform general stocking and merchandising duties to ensure shelves are well-organized.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas and the sales floor.
- Support inventory management through tasks like price checks and product recovery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
