Job Description
Are you an Apple enthusiast with a passion for technology and helping others? Currys plc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Apple Professional to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for all things Apple, providing exceptional sales advice, technical support, and product demonstrations to our valued customers across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your Apple expertise in a dynamic, remote environment, contributing to a company dedicated to customer satisfaction and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert sales advice and demonstrations of Apple products (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, accessories) to customers.
- Offer comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for Apple hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers with product setup, data migration, and personalization of their Apple devices.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and ecosystem of Apple products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, software updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline support processes.
- Conduct virtual workshops or training sessions for customers on Apple products as needed.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and tvOS.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Apple hardware (Mac, iPhone, iPad) and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A genuine passion for Apple products and technology.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certification.
- Previous experience in a retail, technical support, or customer service role focused on Apple products.
- Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools.
