Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Black Car Service Operator to join our elite team in Arvada, CO. As a Black Car Service Operator, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and luxurious transportation experiences for our clients. This role requires exceptional driving skills, a commitment to punctuality, a polished demeanor, and a deep understanding of customer service. You will operate high-end vehicles, ensuring they are impeccably maintained and that every ride meets the highest standards of comfort and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, adhering to scheduled times and optimal routes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and courtesy with all passengers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide any reasonable assistance requested.
- Utilize GPS and navigation tools effectively to ensure timely arrivals.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Represent Carey International with integrity and a commitment to service excellence.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns in the Arvada/Denver metropolitan area.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to operate luxury vehicles safely and smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (2+ years) as a professional chauffeur or black car operator.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance.
- Experience using dispatching software and mobile applications.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
