Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Apple Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Kutaisi, Imereti. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients and internal operations adhere to all relevant regulatory frameworks pertaining to Apple products, services, and ecosystem policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in regulatory compliance, an in-depth understanding of Apple’s guidelines, and the ability to navigate complex legal and ethical considerations within the technology sector. This position requires proactive monitoring, policy development, risk assessment, and effective communication with various stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures related to Apple products, services, and platforms (e.g., App Store Guidelines, enterprise deployments, data privacy).
- Monitor changes in global and local regulatory landscapes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, industry-specific regulations) and assess their impact on Apple-related operations and client engagements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance gaps and vulnerabilities within the Apple ecosystem.
- Advise internal teams and clients on best practices for ensuring compliance with Apple's terms and conditions, privacy policies, and security standards.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, working closely with legal, IT, and business units.
- Prepare and present comprehensive compliance reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in training initiatives to foster a culture of compliance across the organization.
- Stay abreast of new Apple technologies, features, and policy updates to anticipate future compliance challenges.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably within the technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Apple's ecosystem, products, services, and relevant policies (e.g., App Store Review Guidelines, Apple Business Manager).
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and other relevant industry standards.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance requirements clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CIPP/E, CompTIA IT Fundamentals for Apple Professionals).
- Experience working with multinational clients or in a global compliance framework.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD).
