Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Concentrix Community Engagement Specialist. This is a 100% Remote Work From Home role, offering you the flexibility to contribute to our vibrant online community from anywhere in Canada. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and growing our online presence, fostering meaningful connections, and ensuring a positive experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a vibrant and inclusive online community for Concentrix initiatives.
  • Actively engage with community members, responding to inquiries and facilitating discussions.
  • Monitor community sentiment, identify trends, and report on key insights.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase participation and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align community efforts with business goals.
  • Create compelling content to spark conversations and provide value to the community.
  • Identify and nurture community advocates and influencers.
  • Resolve community conflicts and moderate discussions professionally.
