Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the training and refinement of AI models by categorizing data, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Document user interactions, feedback, and common issues to contribute to knowledge base expansion.
  • Collaborate with AI developers and product teams to enhance the virtual assistant's capabilities and accuracy.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support specialists or relevant departments.
  • Stay informed about product updates, service changes, and AI technology advancements.
