Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Teleperformance Trainer to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for onboarding and continuous development of new hires, ensuring they are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their customer service and technical support roles. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our team’s success. You will play a crucial part in shaping the abilities of our new team members, providing them with the tools and guidance to deliver exceptional customer experiences from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new customer service and technical support representatives.
- Conduct engaging virtual training sessions using various platforms and methodologies.
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with operations managers and team leaders to identify ongoing training needs and performance gaps.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of training attendance, progress, and certification.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices to ensure relevant training content.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
- Provide post-training support and coaching as needed to reinforce learning.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in virtual training or adult education, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent time management.
- Proficiency with virtual meeting and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Demonstrated ability to adapt training methods and content to diverse learning styles and audience needs.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office setup.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a high-volume call center or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
- Certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or similar recognized programs).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Spanish) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
