Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Clerk to join our FedEx Ground terminal in Fishers, IN. This terminal-based position operates Monday through Friday, supporting various administrative functions critical to our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, contributing directly to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks, including new hire paperwork and record keeping.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient information flow.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
