Job Description
Carey International is seeking a professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our team in New Port Richey, FL, on an innovative 4-day work week schedule. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled drivers who value work-life balance while delivering top-tier service. As a Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and luxurious transportation for our discerning clientele, including corporate executives, VIPs, and private individuals. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, adhering to scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Assist clients with luggage and other personal belongings as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedule changes or potential delays.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and itineraries.
- Operate navigation systems and ensure familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
- Handle unexpected situations or client requests with professionalism and resourcefulness.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least five years.
- Excellent knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns in the Pasco County, FL area.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and responsibility.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional chauffeuring or executive driving experience.
- Experience operating luxury sedans, SUVs, and vans.
- Completion of advanced defensive driving courses.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
