Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Luxury Sedan Operator to join our elite team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and discreet transportation services to our discerning clientele. This role requires exceptional driving skills, an impeccable driving record (Clean MVR), superior customer service, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and punctuality. You will operate high-end luxury sedans, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for every passenger.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate luxury sedans for client transportation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, ensuring punctuality for all assignments.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Keep vehicle interiors and exteriors impeccably clean and well-maintained.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge, adapting to traffic conditions.
- Handle client luggage and personal belongings with care.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 5 years.
- Proven experience in professional driving, preferably in luxury transportation or a similar field.
- Excellent knowledge of local geography and efficient routing.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving for a high-end chauffeured service or luxury hotel.
- Possession of a commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus but not required.
- First aid or defensive driving certification.
- Multilingual abilities.
