Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transcription Intern to join our Paid Summer Remote Program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the critical field of data preparation for artificial intelligence and machine learning. As a Transcription Intern, you will play a vital role in converting audio and video files into accurate text transcripts, contributing directly to the quality and effectiveness of AI models. This is a fully remote position, providing flexibility and the chance to work with a diverse global team from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio and video files with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and edit existing transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and coherence.
- Adhere to specific transcription guidelines and style guides provided for each project.
- Manage time effectively to meet transcription deadlines and project quotas.
- Utilize transcription software and tools efficiently.
- Communicate any technical issues or project ambiguities to team leads promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols for all project materials.
