Job Description
Are you looking for an easy-going, independent role where you can shine on your own? Claire’s is seeking a friendly and reliable Mall Kiosk Attendant for our Kailua-Kona location. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys a solo work environment without the pressure of a large team. You will be the face of our brand at our specialized kiosk, assisting customers, managing sales, and ensuring the kiosk is always inviting. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk area.
- Manage daily inventory, restock merchandise, and ensure proper display.
- Independently handle opening and closing procedures for the kiosk.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
