Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Management Assistant with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital data. In this crucial on-site role, you will support our records management team in maintaining the integrity, accessibility, and security of our vast digital data archives. You will play a key role in implementing and utilizing AI-powered tools for data classification, retrieval, and compliance, ensuring efficient and accurate information governance within a fast-paced financial services environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the classification, indexing, and archiving of digital records using established protocols and AI-driven tools.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of digital data in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation and optimization of AI solutions for automated data processing, retention, and disposition.
- Respond to requests for digital information and ensure timely retrieval for internal stakeholders and audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client data.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to digital records management processes.
- Participate in training on new records management technologies and AI applications.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent data governance practices across the organization.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of digital data management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with records management systems (RMS) or enterprise content management (ECM) platforms.
- Exposure to or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning concepts for data processing.
- Experience in a data-intensive or compliance-driven environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
