Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Porter to join our prestigious team at The Grand Brighton. This is an incredible entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about starting a career in the hospitality industry. With ‘Subito’ in mind, we’re looking for someone ready to hit the ground running, eager to learn, and committed to delivering outstanding guest service from day one. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay, assisting with luggage, deliveries, and general guest requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage handling and storage.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring proper logging and distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby, entrance, and communal areas.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces as required.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
