Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Coding Labeler with a Junior Developer Level understanding of Python and JavaScript to join our innovative data team. In this on-site role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the accuracy and intelligence of our AI and machine learning models by meticulously labeling and annotating data. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the intersection of coding and data, looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic financial technology environment. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers, providing the foundational data necessary for developing advanced algorithmic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and annotate diverse datasets using custom internal tools and scripts.
- Develop and maintain small Python/JavaScript scripts to assist in data preprocessing, validation, and automation of labeling tasks.
- Perform quality assurance checks on labeled data to ensure high standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand labeling requirements and improve annotation guidelines.
- Identify and document data anomalies, edge cases, and areas for process improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of labeling tools and methodologies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance data labeling skills and expand technical knowledge.
