Job Description
Are you a concert-goer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional customer service? Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a meticulous and discreet Ticket Office Secret Shopper to evaluate the customer experience at various concert and event ticket offices in and around Boulder, CO. In this hybrid role, you will perform on-site visits to designated ticket counters, assessing everything from queue management and staff interaction to efficiency and compliance with service standards. Your objective and detailed feedback will be crucial in helping us enhance the fan experience across our venues and events. This is a part-time opportunity perfect for someone looking for flexible work that directly impacts the live entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to designated concert and event ticket offices as a regular customer.
- Evaluate the entire customer journey, including initial contact, ticket purchasing process, staff knowledge, friendliness, and efficiency.
- Observe and report on queue times, cleanliness of facilities, and adherence to company policies.
- Document findings accurately and thoroughly using provided forms and reporting tools.
- Submit detailed written reports and photographic evidence (where permitted) within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to improve service quality and operational standards.
- Follow specific scenario guidelines for each shopping assignment.
Required Skills
