Job Description

Are you a responsible 13-year-old in the Pasco neighborhood looking for a great way to earn some extra cash and spend time with furry friends? Tri-Cities Animal Shelter & Control Services is connecting eager teens with local pet owners who need trustworthy dog walkers. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely walk dogs in your local neighborhood, adhering to agreed-upon routes and schedules.
  • Ensure the dog is properly leashed and supervised at all times.
  • Be attentive to the dog's needs, including water breaks and potty stops.
  • Clean up after the dog, properly disposing of waste.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with pet owners about the dog's walk.
  • Report any unusual behavior or concerns about the dog's health or well-being to the owner.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled walks.

Required Skills

  • Genuine love for dogs and animals.
