Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their general inquiries.
- Process prescription and over-the-counter transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area and front store.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with non-medical administrative tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash and card payments and provide correct change.
