Job Description
Meta is seeking a highly meticulous and analytical AI Ad Content Reviewer to join our Content Policy team. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of protecting our platforms by reviewing user-generated advertising content that leverages artificial intelligence, ensuring compliance with our community standards and advertising policies. You will work with cutting-edge AI detection tools, providing human oversight to categorize and take action on content that violates our strict guidelines. This position requires exceptional judgment, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment for our global community.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate advertising content, including text, images, and videos, for compliance with Meta's advertising policies and community standards.
- Utilize internal tools and AI-powered systems to identify and classify policy-violating content, including hate speech, misinformation, graphic violence, and inappropriate material.
- Provide accurate and consistent policy enforcement decisions, escalating complex or nuanced cases to senior reviewers or policy teams as needed.
- Contribute to improving AI detection systems by providing feedback on AI performance and identifying new trends in policy violations.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving advertising policies, community standards, and content trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy specialists, engineers, and legal teams, to ensure effective content moderation.
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in reviewing a significant volume of content.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in content moderation, online safety, or a related field requiring keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to make consistent and accurate decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using web-based tools and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Media Studies, Law).
- Experience working with AI tools or in an AI-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Meta's products (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and their community standards/advertising policies.
- Experience in the advertising or digital media industry.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
