In this hybrid role based in Harrogate, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of AI-generated outputs, providing essential technical support to internal teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate AI-generated data and outputs for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to guidelines.
- Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in AI models' performance.
- Provide first-line technical support for internal users experiencing issues with AI tools or platforms.
- Document validation findings, common technical issues, and resolutions thoroughly.
- Collaborate with AI developers and engineers to provide feedback and insights for model improvement.
- Assist in creating and refining validation criteria and technical support documentation.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new AI technologies and support protocols.
Required Skills

- Basic understanding of technology and a willingness to learn about AI concepts.
