Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AI Trainer with strong proficiency in both Dutch and French to join our remote team in Canada. In this role, you will be instrumental in teaching, evaluating, and refining AI models by providing high-quality linguistic data and feedback. This is a crucial position for improving the accuracy, relevance, and natural language understanding capabilities of cutting-edge AI systems. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and annotate linguistic data in Dutch and French to train AI models.
- Evaluate AI model responses for accuracy, relevance, and grammatical correctness in both languages.
- Develop clear and comprehensive guidelines for AI model behavior and responses.
- Provide detailed feedback and identify patterns in AI model errors to inform development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI training methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with a global team of AI trainers and linguists.
- Maintain a high level of data quality and consistency across all tasks.
Required Skills
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch (reading, writing, speaking).
- Native-level proficiency in French (reading, writing, speaking).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex guidelines and apply them consistently.
- Proficiency with various computer applications and online tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in language annotation, translation, localization, or linguistic analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with AI or machine learning concepts and terminology.
- Familiarity with data annotation platforms and tools.
- Experience in content creation, editing, or technical writing.
