Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branding Assistant with a strong focus on Digital Identity to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will support the brand marketing department in managing and enhancing Apple’s digital presence across various platforms. You will contribute to maintaining brand consistency, monitoring online sentiment, and ensuring our digital identity reflects Apple’s core values and innovative spirit. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the Huntington Beach area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital branding strategies focused on online identity.
- Monitor Apple's brand presence and reputation across social media, forums, and other digital channels.
- Support the creation and curation of digital assets (images, videos, text) to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and legal to address brand-related issues online.
- Conduct research on digital identity trends, competitor activities, and user engagement metrics.
- Prepare reports on digital brand performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Help manage digital style guides and ensure adherence across all online communications.
- Respond to and escalate online inquiries and feedback related to brand perception.
