Job Description

We are seeking meticulous and discreet individuals to join our team as Automotive Mystery Shoppers. In this vital role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating the customer service experience at Toyota service centers in the Vallejo area. Your mission will be to discreetly assess various aspects of the service process, from initial contact to vehicle pickup, providing unbiased and detailed feedback that helps us maintain our high standards of excellence. This role offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate for your valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and attend service appointments at designated Toyota service centers as a regular customer.
  • Discreetly observe and evaluate the overall service experience, including staff professionalism, facility cleanliness, accuracy of information, and adherence to service protocols.
  • Interact with service advisors, technicians, and other staff members, asking specific questions to assess product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Document all observations and interactions thoroughly and accurately immediately after each visit.
  • Complete detailed online reports with objective feedback, ratings, and written commentary within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the mystery shopping assignments and findings.
  • Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each shopping scenario.
