Job Description
Are you an early riser with a keen sense of smell and a passion for freshly baked goods? We are seeking a detail-oriented Bakery Secret Shopper to join our morning roster in Millcreek, UT. This unique role involves covertly visiting our bakery locations during morning hours to assess the overall customer experience, product quality (especially the aroma and taste of fresh bread), service standards, and store ambiance. Your objective and unbiased feedback will be crucial in helping us maintain and elevate the exceptional standards Panera Bread is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to designated Panera Bread bakery locations during morning operating hours.
- Observe and evaluate the quality and freshness of baked goods, paying close attention to the aroma, appearance, and taste of bread.
- Assess cleanliness, store organization, and overall ambiance of the bakery.
- Evaluate customer service, including greeting, order accuracy, speed of service, and staff friendliness.
- Complete detailed and objective reports using a provided checklist and narrative sections after each visit.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable insights to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all guidelines and maintain confidentiality regarding shopper activities and findings.
- Be available for early morning visits as part of a rotating roster.
