Job Description
We are excited to offer an opportunity for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar and Waiting Staff, even if you have no prior experience! Fallsview Casino Resort is looking for friendly faces to enhance our guest experience in our dynamic bar and restaurant environments. This role offers flexible shifts to accommodate your schedule and includes weekly tip payments, providing an excellent income opportunity. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent customer service.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
- Assisting with bar setup, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Handling cash and card payments and operating point-of-sale systems.
- Learning and adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly and courteously.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic numeracy for handling payments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role (any industry).
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset.
