Job Description
Are you a fashion-forward 15-year-old eager to dive into the exciting world of retail? Forever 21 in Visalia is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop customer service skills, and be surrounded by the latest trends. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing excellent customer service.
- Help customers find products, offer styling advice, and answer questions about merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including folding clothes and arranging displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with receiving and merchandising new inventory, ensuring items are correctly tagged and displayed.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
