Job Description
Are you a night owl with an eye for detail and a passion for excellent customer service? Bare International is seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as Bar & Nightlife Secret Shoppers. In this vital part-time role, you will anonymously visit various bars, pubs, and nightlife venues in Shawnee, KS during weekend nights to evaluate service quality, ambiance, cleanliness, and adherence to operational standards. Your observations will provide valuable feedback to our clients, helping them enhance their customer experience and maintain high-quality operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the improvement of local nightlife while enjoying flexible work hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit assigned bar and nightlife establishments during specified weekend night hours.
- Evaluate and document key aspects of the customer experience, including greetings, service speed, product quality, staff knowledge, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
- Interact with staff members to assess their attentiveness, professionalism, and adherence to service protocols.
- Discreetly observe and record specific details without revealing your identity as a secret shopper.
- Complete detailed online reports within 24-48 hours of each visit, providing objective and factual accounts of your experience.
- Adhere strictly to all client guidelines and instructions for each assigned shop.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all assignments and client information.
- Manage your schedule to complete assigned shops within designated timeframes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong memory retention to recall specific interactions and observations.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear, concise, and objective report writing.
- Ability to act discreetly and professionally in various social settings.
- Reliable internet access and proficiency in using online reporting platforms.
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to nature of establishments visited.
- Availability to work primarily on weekend nights.
